Terms and Disclosures

These terms apply to all services, programs, events, and sessions offered by My Coach Ray, LLC and Raymond Ciafardini, Jr., including but not limited to coaching, hypnosis, personal development calls, group workshops, and live events.

1. Voluntary Participation

By participating in any service or event, you acknowledge that your involvement is entirely voluntary. You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after participation.

2. Coaching and Non-Medical Services

You understand and agree that:

• Raymond Ciafardini, Jr. is not a licensed Medical Doctor, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Master of Social Work (MSW).

• Services provided are for educational and personal development purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

• These services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

• You agree to consult with a licensed healthcare provider for any health-related concerns prior to participation.

3. Hypnosis Sessions

By participating in Hypnosis, you acknowledge that:

• Hypnosis is a complementary practice, not a medical or therapeutic treatment.

• You remain in control at all times and may end a session at your discretion.

• Normal responses may include relaxation, heightened awareness, or emotional release.

• You accept personal responsibility for your well-being during and after the session.

4. Personal Development Calls and Group Experiences

These sessions are for educational and experiential growth purposes. You are responsible for your engagement, and for managing any emotional or mental responses that arise during or after participation.

5. Recordings & Use of AI Tools

• Certain sessions—including coaching calls, discovery calls, classes, or group programs—will be recorded (audio and/or video) to support your experience, enhance service quality, and may be used for promotional purposes. These recordings may be processed using AI tools to create notes, summaries, templates, or promotional content (such as testimonials or program highlights).
• By participating, you consent to being recorded and to the potential use of your likeness, voice, or image in educational or promotional materials. You waive all rights to compensation or royalties related to the use of these recordings.
• Recordings may be shared within My Coach Ray, LLC programs and communities or used publicly, as determined by Raymond Ciafardini, Jr..
• Group Participation Notice: If participating in group settings, your voice, image, or comments may be visible to others. Use discretion when sharing personal information.
• You may not record, livestream, or distribute session content without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials, strategies, techniques, session content, recordings, and AI-generated outputs are the exclusive property of My Coach Ray, LLC and Raymond Ciafardini, Jr. and are provided for your personal use only.
• You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or use this material in any way without prior written permission.

7. Release of Liability

By participating in any service or event, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless My Coach Ray, LLC and Raymond Ciafardini, Jr. from any and all claims, damages, or consequences, including but not limited to:

• Emotional discomfort or physical reactions

• Decisions or actions taken based on content or recommendations

• Use of techniques, tools, or communication platforms (e.g., Slack)

8. Technology & Environment Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a private setting, and working technology during any virtual sessions. For safety and effectiveness, sessions should not be attended while driving or multitasking.

9. Emergency Disclaimer

These services are not intended for use in a crisis. If you are experiencing a mental health or medical emergency, please contact a licensed provider or emergency services immediately.

10. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws during participation. My Coach Ray, LLC complies with legal obligations, including mandated reporting of abuse or threats of harm when required by law.

11. Additional Services or Recommendations

From time to time, additional services, workshops, or resources may be recommended to support your growth. Participation in these is always optional and may involve a separate fee.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued participation indicates your agreement to the current terms.
